The Centro Linguistico di Ateneo organises free Italian language courses from level A1 to B2.
Access to the courses is reserved for foreign students of the Federico II University who are regularly enrolled in study courses, masters, specialisation courses and doctorates.
They take place in two semesters of the year
- 1st Semester from October to December
- 2nd Semester from March to June
Students who attend 75% of the course will be invited to take a final test at CLA for the award of a certificate of attendance/level and, in the case of A1 and A2 courses, also the Open Badge. Open Badge.

Who can enroll and requirements: Foreign students enrolled (students,
master's, specialization, postgraduate and doctoral) at the University of
Naples "Federico II".
Cost: The courses are free.
Schedule: Courses will run from
February to June 2025. Meetings will be held mainly on TEAMS.
Placement test (READ CAREFULLY): The placement test is used to divide the students into classes according to level. The student must take the test independently, without external help. The test consists of 5 sections: personal data, grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening. The test is available for one attempt only. Once the test has started, the student has 1 hour to complete it.
