An Arabic proverb says: "You don't really know someone until you eat with them." Food is part of our human dimension. It can bring together unknown people from different cultures around the same table. This is the vision that inspires the Federico II Linguistic Center project "Cooking with the CLA"
In this web section you can download the most representative recipes of some countries. You will find them below, transcribed in the original language and translated into Italian. The goal is experiencing the pragmatic dimension of the language and encouraging the cultural exchange. The section is periodically expanded and is available to all CLA students and users who want to actively participate in this project.
